It has been bothering me for a long time now but there is such a large community for "anime"x"furry"x"yiffy" bullshit on DA and it's making me sick. I honestly sat here just an hour ago and hit the random deviant button at the bottom of our pages and 1/3 of the time, it was the same brooding anime obsessed loser that has fetishes for gay anime characters bathing together or a fox and a goat getting it on while wearing leather bondage.

If that is what you are into, great but damn it all, why do the rest of us have to go hunting for good art that inspires or moves us. You know? The kind of art that makes you want to go out and create something beautiful or amazing or even art that challenges you to think about life. What beauty am I going to see in two furry animals fucking each other while wearing costumes of Star Trek characters regardless of it's pop culture satire?

I'm not saying that your art is wrong, I just think it's discouraging to limit yourself to "Anime" or "Manga" or whatever the hell you kids call it these days. What you are creating is not what was meant to be. You need to take it to the next level, drawing and uploading Naruto in twelve different poses isn't going to make you an artist. A robotic panel animator, maybe.
